Building a memorial can take up to 4 months, and you can be reassured that we will keep you updated along the way.

Cemetery regulations

Most cemeteries will have regulations on memorial size, based on the memorial location.

A permit must also be submitted and approved by cemetery before work can begin.

The RIP Memorials team will guide you through the process and arrange all the details for you.

The process

1. Consultation

We'll have an initial consultation at the cemetery, where we discuss your preferences, design ideas, colours, and customisations.

2. Drawings and design

We'll create detailed 3D drawings and designs based on your preferences.

3. Ordering and preparation

Once you approve the design, the job will start, which includes gathering inscriptions, photos, and other personalised elements.

4. Paperwork and foundation preparation

We will handle the cemetery paperwork and prepare the memorial foundation, ensuring it meets local regulations.

5. Installation and inspection

When the monument arrives, your inscription will be inscribed and then the monument will be installed. We'll contact you for a final inspection to ensure everything meets our high standards of craftsmanship and your expectations.
